At Child of the King Children Services Inc., we are blessed by individuals who feel called to serve with compassion, faith, and purpose. Whether preparing meals, supporting outreach efforts, or offering professional skills, your service brings hope, dignity, and God’s love to children, youth, and families in need.

Though our residential home is not yet open, our mission is active today — and volunteers play a vital role in every step of this journey.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

For existing outreach and community programs)

  • Meal preparation and kitchen assistance

  • Packing and distributing meals to the homeless

  • Donation sorting (clothing, hygiene items, supplies)

  • Administrative support (data entry, phone calls, scheduling)

  • Social media support and outreach

  • Event help (fundraisers, community events, church outreach)

Future Volunteer Opportunities

(Once the residential homes open)

  • Mentoring and youth encouragement

  • Tutoring and homework assistance

  • Transportation support (as allowed)

  • Housekeeping and grounds assistance

  • Child supervision support

  • Recreational activities (arts, music, sports)

  • Life-skills coaching (budgeting, cooking, job readiness)

  • Counseling or pastoral care (for qualified individuals)

    Background Check Requirements

    To ensure the safety of every child entrusted to our care:

    • Volunteers working directly with children or youth will be required to complete a background check.

    • Volunteers serving in meal prep, donation sorting, administrative tasks, or community outreach may not require clearance at this stage.
